"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors...

"The communication from the property was perfect. Every door (outside, room, pool, laundry, fitness, ...) is controlled by your code. It's quite brilliant!"

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient....

We were looking for a place to stay in Basel before we boarded our Viking cruise and this place fit the bill perfectly as it included access to free washer and dryer on the premises! "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience. "

"Great location - very easy to either walk or take a tram. The apartment was clean and in good nick. Kitchen had enough equipment and was clean. Although the websit said they would clean only once a week, the cleaners came everyday with new towels and tidyed up. The apartment we had faced the main road and as it was HOT, we were exposed to the noise of the street when the windows were open. Definitely a good place. "

"Fantastic location, one block from train station. Two blocks from Hertz to drop off the car. The local street car was out front and a quick 2 stops to the Christmas market. Staff was kind and knowledgeable! There is a bar on lobby floor to play games on large table. A big five star experience!"
