A private, free car park. A wam friendly welcome. A clean, quiet, comfortable room with a fridge. Free wifi. In an excellent location between seafront and town. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay, the service and the welcome was warm and inviting, Pam and Alan were the type host to make you feel at home. Even though the the building and the inside is a bit out dated but due to the environment and the area and definitely the hosts, the hotel provides an amazing stay.

It's A very friendly and welcoming hotel with a good sized fridge in the room. We had a slightly older dated room but was perfect for what we needed. They even supplied a large fan for the room due to the hot weather

Owner was friendly and welcoming. The property naturally shows its age but everything works and is serviceable, so when you look at value for money I think you would actually struggle to find a better place. Highly recommend staying here. Beach is such short walk away and I would also recommend the Flamingo cafe (the hotel owner recommended it).

Room was nice and spacious and had a fridge, TV, iron if needed. Hotel was central for shopping centre and the beach. Staff was very welcoming. Will stay here again when we next visit Boscombe. Good value also.. 5 stars from us. Mr and Mrs Ablott from Lincolnshire.

Hotel host Pam was very friendly and accommodating. Was help g ul with my late arrival and helped with parking arrangements at the hotel. Old building but well maintained and room very clean and well maintained. I would recommend, private hotel home! No lift!

is pretty near the beach about a 5/10 minute walk downhill and the harvester on the beach. was an easy 5 minute or less drive to the shops. Was pretty quiet and we had a room that you could see the sea from. The owners were friendly and welcoming and went and got a fan for us as it was unexpectedly warm that day

Arrived early , the hotel manager was very accommodating let me park car in their car park early (way before check in time) that was a lovely thing to do, room nice and clean , and bathroom , nice white clean towels and sheets and even a fridge, great location for beach just down hill and very short walk to shops, manager even said I could leave car the for day if off to beach, but I was on my travels , would definitely stay again

Denewood is a lovely old, and character filled hotel. We had a family room which was plenty spacious enough. The staff was very welcoming, and knew lots about the area. The beach was a 5 minutes walk, but please bare in mind the return journey is up hill. We would definitely stay here again, thank you.

Great Value

second time at this hotel and will use again. Friendly welcome as always. Rooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms which is hard to find unless you go five star. The shower was also very spacious and the power shower was great. Very good hotel indeed!

Overnight by the coast to enjoy the late heatwave

Perfectly placed for a quick break on the coast. Chosen for the location and we were pleased with the sizeable and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. A little bit of the decor needed repainting, but that was not a problem for us and we will definitely be returning, when the good weather comes back.

The hotel looked a wuite run down from the outside, but the inside was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, towels and shower gel. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach so a great location.

Good value for money, very convenient private parking. Good position to visit Boscombe, it's about 30 minutes walk to Bournemouth pier. Toiletries are not replaced daily.
