We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite.

Exceptional stay. Room was spacious and decor was to a very high standard. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Quiet location and would highly recommend.

Stunning flowers at the front of the building set the scene for this lovely little gem. The property and the grounds are clean, well kept, the owners clearly take great pride in their business. Little touches in the bedroom, bottled water, chocs plus the usual tea/ coffee facilities. Fantastic location, easy to get to town/ beach. On a main road served well by local transport, but not at all noisy. A lovely stay, thank you.

A lovely stay. We have stopped before. It is conveniently situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe and not far from the seafront. Always a warm welcome and a comfortable room and a breakfast to look forward to.

Staff very good and friendly. Don’t think Expedia should call this five star, there is no restaurant, just drinks bar and breakfast

Good base for exploring the locality and golf courses. Really clean. Breakfast tasty and efficient. Fan in room was good. We managed to park at hotel each day. There is alternative parking if hotel car park full. Typical seaside guest house.

Very impressed with this guest house. We parked the car and used buses (located just outside) to get about Bournemouth and Christchurch. Bus service very good. Everything about this b&b was of high standard. The only problem one might encounter was the noise of the main road. We were at the front of the house. If the window was closed it was not a problem but on a hot night it could be.

Disappointed overall.
Booked a Superior double room. The main room blinds were broke so we could not let any daylight into our room. Bathroom sink plug kept getting stuck. Bath water temperature would not decrease so had to use kettle to cool the bath to a safe level before bathing. Not really superior in my opinion.The host was pleasant and serving staff friendly. Never saw anybody manning the bar in the evening so no nightcaps!

Wenn diese Unterkunft als zwei bis drei Sterne Unterkunft angegeben wäre, dann wäre sie okay. Es ist alles etwas heruntergekommen und altersschwach. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wo die fünf Sterne herkommen sollen. Das Frühstück war gut, der Wein an der Bar furchtbar und der Zustand der Zimmer wahrlich nicht toll. Die Tapete blättert ab, der Teppich war dreckig, ebenfalls der Sessel.
