"Room was very clean, bed was ok but could use more firmness. Couch looked comfy but it wasn’t… Property location was closely located to KU Med and this convenient in regards to my reason for being in KC. However the property was a little scary after dark due to the location and neighborhood."

"Only thing was how they charged my debit card for incidentals $200 and then I have to wait for 7-10 days to get it back. I travel often and never had that happen. Sure they hold your number for after checking out of anything happened. But to take my $200 before the stay even ended is not ok. "

"The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the t-mobile stadium. It was a very short walk and completely worth booking the holiday inn express. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast had more variety than I usually expect from a free breakfast. Overall a great place to stay. "
