"We couldn't fault our stay here, the staff were friendly, room was immaculate and the pool was a lovely way to start the day. You can walk into Basel in around 20 minutes or there is a tram stop just down the road."

"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Only stayed for one night due to late flight. Staff were very friendly.We were picked up from the airport with in minute of calling which was great. Apartment looked good and well equipped. Coffee table was damaged this didn't matter to us but it cheapened the look of a very nice apartment I think it would have been better had it be removed. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy. It was extremely hot when we stayed. We struggled with no Aircon and only one fan so slept with balcony doors...

"The communication from the property was perfect. Every door (outside, room, pool, laundry, fitness, ...) is controlled by your code. It's quite brilliant!"

"Not the best and photos make it look better than it is. Breakfast not worth the extra cost and rooms very basic but clean. Staff leave early each day so difficult to speak to anyone past 8pm"

"Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, hat hochmoderne Küchengeräte, und ist auch sonst sehr gemütlich. Gute Betten! Der einzige kleine...

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The hotel is in an excellent location for travel in and out of Basel Bahnhof, and walking around central Basel. Service and the buffet breakfast are both very good. I had a cosy single room with thick window glazing to block most noise from the street below. I did not experience internal noise from other guests and slept well. The choice of eating options at the hotel and in it’s immediate vicinity is limited but there are great cafes and restaurants a short tram ride or a 10 minute away."

"The hotel staff, especially Elmira, was very helpful, professional and friendly. Her reception made me feel very welcomed. The stay was very pleasant and the hotel itself very clean and comfortable.
