"This place is beautiful but I must warn you they have a rat 🐀 infestation. I saw many big rats eating leftovers from plates left outside guest doors. It horrified me going in out of my room. Even in broad daylight the rats 🐀 come out. Its too expensive of a hotel to have rats. I had one of the most expensive rooms a few months ago and the rats just T'd me off. The staff acts as if its normal and ok but its not. "

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. "The location of the Palma Rima is excellent and the bungalows are a good size and in nice grounds. The staff are all excellent particularly the reception staff and money exchange (safe) man (Buba Demba) and all of the security and cleaning/maintenance staff who we had most dealings with. The breakfast is not the best however with limited choice. We also never ate or drank in the hotel due to the cost. "

"Sarge hotel is in good location. People was friendly. I had a standard room very basic. Next time I will go for the delux or supreme room it is.nicer and bigger space. The delux and supreme comes with fridge and kettle. "

"A Gem; construction at Kalimba so they rebooked us at the adjacent Kamara resort. Great property: aircon nice and cold, good breakfast offering, tasty food at restaurant. Front desk staff helped in arranging a driver to visit monkey park, crocodile pools, city tour, and car to airport. Would love to go back. Only nit I have is provided toiletries were skimpy"

"The staff are second to none, all were very friendly and helpful. the room with a sea view was perfect. breakfast was always of a high slandered. However the only aspect that let them down, was the rooms were not free of mosquitos, they should spray the room once the daily cleaning is completed."
