"Two key things stand out-a gentleman team member offered to take our luggage cart downstairs for us instead of us doing it-great customer service; and apparently there was a medical emergency on our floor and at the same time my daughter had gone downstairs to as for something-the clerk was very professional and not flustered (and I would have been!). Also-the woman today working breakfast was obviously chosen for that role because she is very friendly!! "

"My husband and I stayed 3 days for business and we could not have asked for more. Our room had a kitchenette which had what we needed along with a Keurig and an assortment of tea/coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff from the desk staff to the breakfast staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again."
