During my stay the hotel was very lively which we loved! The front desk also provided us with a 30 dollar voucher for Starbucks and 20 for their hotel restaurant- we ended up using both! (don’t know if that was a bonvoy perk or if they always have that). Valet guy up front was rude for no reason - but front desk was accommodating. Parking is too expensive but the hotel right across offers cheaper parking through Spot Hero and was only a 2 min walk

We had a wonderful stay. Came up to Boston for a show for our anniversary. Restaurants on site were wonderful, fast and delicious! Front desk check in was expedient! Welcome gifts to restaurants was a nice treat! Got to check in early. View was wonderful. Bed was SOOOO comfortable! I wanted to take it home with me! lol Highly recommended!

The room was clean and very comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Hotel lobby had everything a traveler needed - meal options, coffee, place to hang out, gift shop. Ubers came easily. Look for the extra 'fee' on food and drink checks when dining which translates to 'the tip' so you do not overpay. Highly recommend.
