The location in the Back Bay is great. We came to see a show at the MFA, which isn’t far. We enjoyed our one night stay but wish the property had been more lively. The common areas were quiet, including the lobby bar/restaurant, but maybe that’s to be expected on a cold winter weekend.

The Hilton Back Bay is conveniently located to Symphony Hall and the art museums. The Green line metro is very nearby, and only a block away is all the action on Boylston Street. The hotel itself was fine, clean bathing and bed, sizable room, the air worked nicely. I would definitely stay here again.

I have requested a refund due to my experiences and I still have not heard back from Expedia no other hotel. I am very frustrated. The room not sheets needed to be replaced. The room was stifling hot. The AC did not work. I cut my foot on an unknown object. Thank God, I had an emergency kit I was offered a Band-Aid. At Check out. I explained the situation I check out all I received is I hope you feel better. The manager did compensate the self parking for $60. I would not recommend this place.

The property was great and accommodating. It was extremely toasty in the room but the front desk staff did explain that in the winter they shut the air conditioners off and it was abnormally warm for December.
