This hotel is geared towards the business traveler. The side of the hotel where all the double queen size rooms are is located next to a plant that operated 24/7. You hear what sounds like a tea kettle going off all the time. If you stay here request a king size room. It’s much quieter.

The hotel needs significant renovation. I stayed at Hampton Inn many times in the past but first and last time at the Braintree location. The property needs significant renovation. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking.

The hotel needs a radical change in everything, maintenance and modernization. The food and forks will be finished before breakfast closes. They changed our room because the first one is leaking water from the ceiling onto the bed, then they gave us one for disabled people.
