Enjoyed this place immensely in the past 15 years or so. My daughter first went to school in the area then married and settled there now with 2 kids so we visit alot. and return late at night. * Food was subpar with exception of omelet station. * Missed the hot tub * Lock on pool bathroom door broken * Cleaners looked overworked and unpaid and inconsistent. * Asst. Mgr Hillary was AWESOME!! and outstanding. * I had a bulb out in bathroom and told the guy at front desk he wrote it down and we returned at 1130 pm and had to call in request again for the next morning. *That evening reception has gone to the dogs! It used to have fresh vegetables, and more options than chips and granola. Definitely new type of mgmt with less staff.

The huge leaks from the ceiling in breakfast area. Water was all over the floor. The entrance door doesn't work you have to push them really hard.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We got into town early and needed to check in before the check in time. They allowed us to do so.

We had just stayed at the ES in Marlborough and the Waltham location seemed like a significant step down. The property feels really tired and i was not expecting to pay a daily parking fee so far outside of the city.
