House keeping did not clean our room, not all elevators were working at time and on our last checkout day, only 1 elevator was working and we had to use the staff elevator. Area/location is good. Near the theater district and near a bunch of theaters, also near china town.

The hotel is old and needs an urgent renovation, the staff is very friendly and efficient. However for the price they charge they need to have safety deposit boxes, and better electrical outlets

This hotel was expensive for what we got. The room was ok, but old and with very few amenities included (eg, no fridge). The mirror was in our condition in the bathroom, and the furniture was looking tired. The bed was comfortable. Front desk service was not great. And we're were surprised there was no room service included, even though we paid a fairly high price to stay at the hotel. We would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Staff didn’t know basic information like where to get the train to the airport. Rooms are really small. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Walls are too thin. It sounded like the people talking next door were sitting in our room. Way too expensive for what you get.
