Horrible customer service…beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Our thermostat in the room didn’t work, the fan was blowing cold air all night in the middle of winter. Tried calling front desk multiple times no answer. Our parking pass wouldn’t let us out of the garage even though it was validated and paid for.

I like everything other than we didn’t had microwave in our room as we had a toddler and had to walk a lot as there was only 1 microwave on a floor . But other than that everything was really good . Staff was really personable and helping . Krupa on the front desk helped us a lot.
