"Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up...

"SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). "It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. "

"The apartment was lovely , very nice location just the initial finding the apartment was a nightmare . We did not receive the message where to collect the keys so had to search the city for offices to collect them ( a good 2 minute walk from our apartment with luggage )"

"Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am."

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."
