"Didn't feel like a hotel. Nobody there to help with anything. Needed a pillow, toilet paper and a fork for a takeaway so went to reception at 20h but nobody was there. Was only given items the next morning which was a bit late by then.
Rooms are dated and uncomfortable. Walls incredibly thin so it's very noisy. Mattress was old and soft. Towels were thin. Print on the wall was faded. Depressing."
