"A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."

"I would highly reccomend SACO Nottingham! The staff were really friendly and communication was excellent, both prior to and during our stay. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location is great and easy walking distance into the town centre, but also with safe on-site parking. The extra little touches in the apartment were thoughtful and much appreciated! "

"The hotel was on the University of Nottingham campus. It was a mile from Beeston where my daughter is living. The rooms were excellent, the food was great and the price made it an extremely good value. I would stay here again."

Handy for the station and about 10-15 minutes walk into the City Centre Noisy in the morning with the cleaning staff calling to eachother, doors banging, etc. 9.00am on a Sunday felt way too early to be listening to all that. NB I thought I had chosen a room with a bath - apparently you have to specify that as a "special request" 🙄 "

Great historical hotel in the Centre of the city

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Nottingham City Centre. We booked with Hotels.com and used our Tesco Clubcard points/vouchers to pay for the room. We booked a standard double room and when we arrived at the hotel the Front Desk staff had upgraded us to a Premium King room for free. This included mini-fridge with complementary soft drinks, king bed and slippers and bathrobes. The room was tastefully decorated and had great facilities. The water pressure was strong and the only downside was that the mattress was slightly too firm for my taste. We had the buffet breakfast included and the selection was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next trip."
