"Til NYs eve vi var sent på en restaurant et par km væk fra hotellet. Vi var aldrig informeret før rejsen at det er ikke plads i Yagoda restaurant. Jeg var i kontakt med Yagoda flere gange før rejsen og jeg troede vi skal i Yagoda restaurant - afstand er vigtigt punkt når man rejser med børn. Man ryger i restauranten om aften - det var officielt æske bæger til ryger på hvert bord!"

"The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The team were extremely polite courteous and helpful. The restaurant is charming. This was an ideal base for Snowboarding away from the noise of Borovets. The reception team can organise shuttles to and from Borovets at a very very reasonable rate but these must be booked beforehand and end at @17.00 hrs. Would definitely recommend this as a base !"

"Arrived at the property to be told I need to call and find out what room I’m in, I tried too but no joy so eventually the staff helped they phoned and got my room number then had to go back down to get the key code. I booked with Expedia and not had this issue before. I went to the bar the next night no one was there asked the ladies on the desk they said he’s around somewhere but I don’t no where so I went back to my room didn’t bother having a drink. They just seemed not interested in helping. "

Very much just OK.

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. There are signs of wear and tear arround but it can be seen that owners are trying to be on top of it. Age of hotel is evident inside and out, but it is not bad or teribble for a 3* place. In general, hotel is clean but carpets are aged and could do with a deep clean ( it is understandable that replacement would be at huge cost). Bathrooms are clean and fully functional. There are new double glazed tilt and turn windows , central heating works fine and rooms have been warm. Beds are acceptable. Room service was running daily, (vacuuming around, beds made, towels and loo roll replaced) Staff was pleasant and helpfull Buffet breakfast was plentyfull and tasty We needed transport back to airport and staff on reception have been very helpfull and organised it all promptly. There have not been any surprise charges at the end of our stay Considering the cost of our stay and the fact that hotel is a 3* , all is great"
