"Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. Bed is a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. WiFi is poor. Overall a nice stay with some welcoming staff, but had we stayed longer...

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. "The guesthouse was clean and in really good condition. The staff was really helpful and nice. We also recommend eating here instead of the city, since the food is excellent and affordable. Also the houses' own wine is good. The only thing to consider is the lack of a/c in the rooms in summer time. All in all we would recommend this place to everyone. "
