"This was my second time staying here and I was quite disappointed. Immediately when coming in we noticed how there was only one chair in front of the TV, meaning that only one of us could sit there to watch it which is a strange set up as previously I had a sofa there for 2. Moving on to the bathroom, although this was quite clean, the shower doors did not prevent any water leaking from the shower when in use. Every day we ended up with a big puddle outside the shower and then a soaking foot towel as the silicone at the bottom didn’t connect to the adjoining wall. Finally, the noise. It is completely understandable that on the weekend noise levels may be slightly louder. However, I was not under the impression that we would be able to hear all of the music way into the night in addition to even being able to hear people inside of the bar underneath us. For the price that you pay to stay here, considering it is next to the Alex bar and above another one, some sound proofing wouldn’t be a bad idea."

"Right opposite the train station and a relatively short foot walk to the city center. I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable room. I can recommend the breakfast buffet."

"Very spacious and clean property in the centre of Osnabrück. The suite had a nice kitchen and there is a laundry room onsite with 2 washing machines and a dryer. Access is simple through a pin code emailed over before check in. Would recommend."
