"Staff really friendly/helpful. Outside pool nice. Easy parking and good location for Bordeaux tram system. Public areas of hotel clean and tidy. Only downside, while room was clean it could have done with a bit of a refurb. "

"We known this is a place just to stopover for a night rest but, the management could be a bit more proud, the all place stinks, the rooms are so dirty, air conditioning not working and light bulbs that are just loose and don’t work. The bed was quite comfortable but pillows are so small that is like sleeping without it. Bath towels 😳😳😳 so small that if you cover your back you can see the front and the other way around. "Horrible female staff. Closes breakfast buffet at 9:30 AM. Very noisy cleaning staff starting at 8 AM. Staff cares more of themselves than the client. I will not come back to this place ever again."
