"we loved our time at Village Temanuata. Conveniently located, beach out front for quick swim or snorkel and short walk to beautiful public beach. Shop close by. Transfers great timing and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the bungalow with kitchen so could cook. also went to Lucky residents mext door, nice meals. Staff friendly and helpful. "The property and rooms are stunning. Very good value versus other Bora Bora hotels. Would stay again. Be aware that the small port on the island with some larger ship traffic across from the main rooms and the property faces sunrise vs sunset. Exceptional visit with amazing decor in rooms. Food was good quality and varied. Had a few small room service issues related to order accuracy. Had an incident where an employee tried to double dip for a cash tip on top of the tip left on a room service bill. Generally had more language barrier issues than some lesser priced properties in Tahiti and Moorea. Still would highly recommend due to strength of rooms, location, food quality, and value. "

"Our stay at Hotel Royal was wonderful. We were greated very nicely, incredibly friendly staff, and offered a place to store our bags until our room was ready. The beachfront is not large but adequate for the side of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Our room was on the second level so be aware when booking as you do have to navigate stairs with your bags. Our room was large and had seating off the balcony with a view of the park/garden which was beautiful! Quick 3 minutes walk to Tiare Market for anything you might need. Only takeaway is that the towels we had in our room need to be taken out of rotation as they were fraying coming apart. I'd stay again on our next visit here. "

"The one to one personal service you received from the staff. From the welcome picture which front desk Leitani took for us upon arrival. To the chefs which were wonderful to share recipes and the amazing BBQ and show. All in all a perfect Tahitian vacation!!! Come you won’t regret it!!!! Maururuuru!!!!!"

"What an Amazing Place...Forget about overwater bugalows they are so yesterday. This place is the bees knees, the creme de la creme of accommodation options on the island. The jungle setting is exciting and interesting with all the plants and art placed and curated by the host, Nir. We stayed for 2 weeks and noticed something new every day. The Fare itself is quirky and luxurious. The four poster bed was so comfortable , the sheets, oh so soft. The bathroom is a work of art. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. I cannot recommend this place enough, you have to see it to believe it. "
