"Great experience. We were in Dublin due to a family funeral. The 'afters' was at the Talbot and we booked bedrooms there as well to make all the transitions easier. Staff were wonderful and empathetic, allowed us to check in early to get ready for the services. Rooms were very comfortable, had everything we needed. "We needed to be close to St. Vincent's for family reasons. This hotel was a short walk away, and easier to park our car than going to the hospital! Rooms were clean, great views, a nice buzz around the place as it was the week of Young Scientists and there were many attendees staying there also. Food options were OK, overall the place leaned more into a corporate than tourist vibe with everything you might need without being overly unique."

"Stayed 5 days after Christmas and over New Year holiday. Everything was top notch. Room was a bit on smaller side, but appointments and cleanliness were exceptional. Excellent friendly service. Neat to stay in such a historical building. The breakfast each morning was spectacular. Beds are luxurious. Great quiet location a block or two off St. Stephens Green and right in the middle of everything. Look forward to returning in a few months. "
