"Well, what's not to like about the Europäischer Hof? It is simply a luxurious hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Everything about the hotel was super. And, it should be for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. We arrived on Christmas Eve and had a fixed course to menu Christmas Eve dinner in their restaurant. It was scrumptious. "A very nicely appointed hotel with comfy rooms and a good shower. Nice balcony. Our meal in the restaurant was tasty and the ambiance was nice. Nice coffee shops nearby for breakfast. No electric car charger in the car park under the hotel. We had a noon checkout but the room key deactivated before this. Getting it reactivated took far longer and more attempts than it should which was frustrating."

"Well what a strange combination of hotel and location we have here! Midori The Green is a very modern hotel which seems to be geared towards business travellers situated in the middle of the small sleepy town of Dossenheim. Be warned - there is not much to do within walking distance! Anyway, we stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was acceptable for our needs."

"The staff are wonderful and the location of Hotel Hollander Hof is absolutely perfect for a stay in Heidelberg. Very helpful staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms are warm, the beds comfortable. You’re right in the middle of the aldstadt only metres from the old bridge and great restaurants nearby. "

"One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
