So quiet, super clean and the staff were amazing. 3rd floor rooms are wonderful, breakfast is perfect, and the evening cafe has a nice ambiance.

No elevator and with two large suitcases it was difficult to get to our room on the second floor and when I asked the from desk she said there were no rooms on the ground floor which I find hard to believe when the hotel was empty. We asked the from desk where to go for dinner b/c the restaurant onsite was closed, she said ‘everything is open’ it’s a 5 min walk, so we walked and everything was CLOSED we had food from a gas station. Our room was beyond boiling hot and uncomfortable. I filled my water bottle at breakfast and the attendant started yelling at me. The water was the best part of the hotel.

Zweckmäßig, einfaches Inventar und Mobiliar
Baulich gesehen, ist viel Pfusch an der Einrichtung, angefangen von den Silikon Wulsten um die Duscharmatur, Laminat Boden der hinter der Heizung nicht sauber verlegt, Balkontüre durch die es zieht, Kabelverlegung am Fernseher, Rauchmelder,... das hat kein Fachmann ausgeführt. Beim WC Wasserkasten läuft auf Kopfdruck immer die gesamte Wassermenge durch egal wieviel weg zu spülen ist. Die öffentlich rechtlichen Programme können ohne Zusatzkosten in HD. empfangen werden, ist hier aber nicht der Fall. Alles in allem, etwas zu teuer für die Leistung. Das Badezimmer ist für zwei Personen viel zu klein.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Parken vor bzw. neben dem Hotel war zudem sehr praktisch und kostenfrei. Die Zimmer sind über die Treppe im inneren sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war hell, sehr sauber und mit einem kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, wofür sogar Auflagen im Schrank vorhanden waren. Zur Begrüßung lag zudem ein kleiner Willkommensgruß auf den Kopfkissen und zwei kleine Wasserflaschen standen auf dem Tisch kostenfrei zu unserer Verfügung. Das Hotel ist sehr umweltbewusst, wodurch auf Wunsch gereinigt wird, um Wasser und Verbrauchsmaterialien zu sparen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Es gab eine reichhaltige Auswahl und wir konnten sogar Lunchpakete einen Tag im vorraus buchen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grundsätzlich würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Es ist recht modern eingerichtet und das Service Personal ist sehr nett. Leider ist es nachts zum Flur hin recht hellhörig und ich hatte hier und da ein paar fremde Haare im Badezimmer. Das könnte man definitiv noch etwas verbessern. Ich finde es zwar schön, dass bei der Zimmerreinigung auf die Umwelt geachtet wird. Aber da gibt es durchaus bessere Systeme, wie z.B. wingscoin. Da konnte ich mal in einem Hotel über die App die Reinigung abbestellen und mir als Dankeschön ein kostenloses Getränk an der Bar abholen. Das finde ich besser gelöst, da ich ja initial die Reinigung mitbezahlt habe. Ansonsten gerne wieder und danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!
