Hospedagem magnífica, o hotel tem uma área verde que nos encanta e nos dá aquela leveza de espírito que tanto precisamos. Equipe de atendimento top, café da manhã muito gostoso, perto de tudo na cidade, restaurantes e bares a uma pequena caminhada. Super recomendo o hotel.

Necessita de uma reforma urgente nos quartos.
A área externa do hotel é maravilhosa, os funcionários são excelentes, mas os quartos estão muito velhos, deixou muito a desejar. É uma estrutura antiga com quartos velhos e o banheiro é a pior estrutura do hotel. Penso que eles devem investir em uma reforma interna urgente, porque o lugar é magnífico e de uma paz tão grande.

Quando reservei o hotel achei que seria legal, mas chegando lá vi que não era como imaginei. Quarto apertado, ar condicionado não funcionava direito, tinha que manter sempre no 23 graus. Banheiro muito apertado, no box não dava nem pra fica se mexendo, e saia pouca água do chuveiro e a privada não funcionava muito bem. Café da manhã fraco.

Tranquilidade em Bonito.
Hotel com ambiente muito gostoso e sendo constantemente limpo e bem cuidado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e atentos, com destaque para o recepcionista Marcos que estava sempre sorridente e solícito, inclusive para prestar informações sobre passeios, mas sem ser incoveniente, nem direcionar. Como ponto a melhorar cito o café da manhã, que embora bom, não apresentava tantas opções como eu desejaria e se repetiu nos 3 dias da estadia. Os apartamentos são distribuídos por extensa área, permitindo a hospedagem em local mais sossegado, o que foi o meu caso, ou próximo à piscina e em todos há rede disponível. Sem dúvida me hospedaria novamente nele.

Não recomendo!
Pontos negativos: o colchão da cama é tão velho que havia um buraco em cada lado onde as pessoas costumam deitar, isso me causou muitas dores nas costas. As toalhas de banho são horríveis, de tanto usarem estão fininhas e muito, mas muito encardidas, mas o pior ponto é que eu não consegui usar nenhuma das toalhas devido o mal cheiro, ainda bem que eu levei toalhas de casa. Os lençóis/forros de cama também estavam encardidos. A TV é minúscula. O chuveiro quase não sai água e o pouco que sai tem que ficar procurando para se molhar, pois esguicham nas paredes do banheiro. Caso você decida antecipar sua volta pra casa o hotel não devolve as diárias que, por ventura, você já tenha pago. Os pontos positivos: o recepcionista é muito simpático e educado, o hotel é bem localizado, perto do centro.
