"This is truly an amazing property in the mountains above Levanto. How amazing to be above where birds fly and just hear them sing along with church bells. What a fun way to access this property via a monorail. This is a beautifully renovated farm house from way back with a touch of modern features. The whole staff was truly wonderful. "We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Wow. Amazing. The room was massive which was great. The breakfast was fantastic. We ate on the terrace with the beautiful view. Evening meals were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The shuttlebus in and out of Levanto was priceless and effortless. The grounds and pool are stunning. Every single member of staff from the room cleaner to the general manager were absolutely wonderful. Always genuinely smiling and happy to see you and chat to you. The general manager was regularly checking on guests to see if all was good. He was also regularly checking in and chatting with his large team. A genuine man who seems to beloved by his team which shows in their actions and service to the guests. A priceless commodity. We were blown away and it forged life long memories and we cant wait to be back. Thank you so much"
