"It was a very nice and comfortable place. Staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. This should have been mentioned prior to us booking. But all in all, I would recommend this place."

"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

"Had to change plans at the last minute due to a traffic diversion and booked this late after and arrived at the premises in the dark. Staff were accommodating and couldn’t have been more helpful. "What is not to love about this place! Immaculate, the best food in Benasque, courteous staff who treated us like family. It had very comfortable beds. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.
