Very Good Hotel
The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is a little far from the city center, however we did walk it on two occasions. The hotel did provide a free transportation pass which would cover the bus and the stop is just opposite the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options.

Really great hotel, nice spacious rooms and great restaurants and breakfast in a very calm environment. We very much enjoyed it. The staff (especially in the restaurant) could have been a bit more guests focussed as it took often long to make an order and the staff was not always very helpful.

A Bolzano gem
This is a great hotel with fine food. The room was a bit small but very well designed. The staff was very friendly. We stopped here on our way from munich airport on our trip to Tuscany. It worked out very well indeed.

Great hotel, but not really walkable
It took me about 20 awkward minutes to finally get the lady at the front desk to notice me and check me in, but other than that I had a great stay. The room was a bit warm and it was hard to get to the hotel by walking since it's uphill from the city. Beautiful room with a nice view and a beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was tasty.

This is a nice hotel, beautifully situated with a wonderful view from the terrace. Our suite was very comfortable, although we would have liked a higher floor. The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. The downside is the wait in the restaurant. We came at 8 with a baby on a Saturday, and got our starters after nine. This is just too long.

Dream stay in a dream hotel.
Everything was really perfect except the WI-FI - it did not function well at all.the stuff was very helpful and very hospitable. Cleanliness was superb. Food was excellent.

Two night stay in September. Young man on reception very friendly and competent. We were upgraded to a suite which was enormous and well appointed (although the decor was not to my taste) but paradoxically this meant we missed out on a hoped for view (note that the cheaper rooms are in a different building with better views). Everything worked well. Breakfast very good (although fruit juice bad). Either a long walk or a short drive into town.

Just the right distance from town!
We had a wonderful three night stay here. The staff was very friendly and you couldn't ask for a better view and property. I am eagerly awaiting my return to Bolzano so I can stay here again. The hotel is about a mile from the train station but it is a beautiful walk and well worth it.
