Arber and Shana are super nice! Amiable and professional. Every thing was completely in order. The room and bathrooms are spacious and clean. There was some construction in the street, but no fault of the Hotel. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.

Clean and tidy. Good to access city. Only problem was the access to the hotel by car. Hotel staff kindly guided to the parking.

Great location for exploring Bolzano

Great location, friendly staff, and a nice patio where you can start your day with a cappuccino and end it with a drink. My only suggestion would be to add coffee makers or at least kettles to the rooms.

Romantic town

Helga was superb, knew everyone staying there after one meeting. The room was great, we were overlooking the front patio restaurant and the shopping square. Great choices for breakfast right in the hotel. Easy walk from train station. Overall fantastic staff. Would 100% stay again

Wonderful hotel in Bolzano

We stayed here for several nights at Christmas. Great location - just a few steps to the Christmas markets, cathedral, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff - they speak Italian, German and English. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again some day. Bolzano is a charming town, especially at Christmas.

This hotel is pretty central and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the A/C in my room was really poor. They came and fixed it when I asked about it so it was at least giving out cold air, but it just wasn't strong enough to cool the room with the 90deg F temps outside. They provided a fan too which helped make it tolerable, but definitely not what I would consider A/C temperature in the room.

The AC in our room was not working when we arrived so the first night was warm and noisy (with window open). They gave us a fan. It was fixed the next day.
