"Very welcoming and comfortable hotel, right in the midst of old town and the pedestrian zone. We enjoyed eating breakfast on our private terrace and the spacious rooms. We stayed before and after a grueling trek in the Dolomites and the hotel was a comforting place to return to."

"It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem. "

It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. "This is a fantastic hotel - a real oasis after a long day of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. And the steam room in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. I wish I was staying here for longer. I would come back simply to stay here again. "

"The room for four if us was spacious with suite and kichenette. The room rate was readonable compared to others in the area. The location was convinient and close to grocery stores as well. We loved staying here and highly recommend it."
