Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well.

Good stopping point on our way

The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. We only stayed one night, so, it was easy to clean up before we left. Just be aware of their policy. The apartment is 4 rooms- kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping and a small sleeping area with a bunk bed. It was cramped for the 4 of us.

Hôtel avec potentiel, mais gros problème de propre

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, la première chambre était sale. Après avoir signalé le problème, nous avons pu en changer, mais la deuxième chambre restait loin d’être propre : traces sur les murs, la porte, le carrelage des toilettes, et même des toiles d’araignée. Le ménage est clairement le gros point noir de cet établissement. Dommage, car l’hôtel a du potentiel. Les dames à l’accueil sont adorables, très professionnelles et accueillantes. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable, varié et de bonne qualité. En revanche, l’hôtel était en travaux pendant notre séjour, ce qui n’était pas précisé au moment de la réservation, et l’accès au spa n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre — une information qu’on aurait aimé avoir à l’avance. Cet établissement pourrait vraiment être une belle adresse, mais le manque flagrant de suivi au niveau du ménage gâche tout. Il suffirait pourtant de peu pour améliorer considérablement l’expérience client.

Très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien aménagé et équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’insonorisation : nous n’étions pas gêné par nos voisins ( la résidence était complète au moment de notre séjour ). Le local pour stocker les skis étaient très pratique et la salle de jeux appréciée par nos enfants. Il est également possible de louer les skis directement à la résidence. L’accès aux pistes peut se faire à pied en quelques minutes.

Résidence bien placée et très bon accueil

Je suis déjà venue car résidence bien placée et agréable. Mais cette fois séjour gâché par la porte de l'appartement avec serrure grippée et impossible à ouvrir à certains moments jusqu'au moment où le technicien est passé huiler la serrure. Autre hic, beaucoup de bruit, surtout la nuit. Dommage car emplacement très sympa et les personnes de l'accueil très accueillantes.

Hébergement correct, horaires d’arrivée pas très flexible, par exemple, nous sommes arrivés à 11h et nous sommes tombés sur l’accueil fermé jusqu’à 16 h , donc obligé d’attendre l’ouverture pour pouvoir avoir accès à notre logement. Garage couvert et sécurisé très appréciable surtout quand il neige . Literie pas très confortable mais pour 2 nuits ça convient , logement bien chauffé.

Pros: Buena Ubicacion y buen precio. Instalaciones decentes (parking, ascensor) Contras: No nos llego el SMS ni ninguns comunicacion con el codigo para hacer el check in y casi no podemos entrar al llegar. Hay que limpiar completamente la habitacion (sabanas, basura, aspiradora) y sino te multan. Mucho olor a comida en los pasillos.
