"El hotel es muy comodo. El servicio excelente. Nos gusto mucho el jacuzzi y el gimnacio con vista a la naturaleza. Nos recibieron con jugo recien hecho y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. No hay un restaurante cerca para ir a comer pero pedimos domicilio asi que es mejor si se tiene carro. El hotel tiene buena facilidad para reuniones familiares. "Generally, nice construction, scenic, bird watching possibilities. The room was quite hot; a noisy fan was provided. Hot water is ready for the shower, but impossible to control. The staff was mostly accommodating, though demands cash for extra services such as for snacks and dinner. A property making themselves available through 'Hotels' ought to be credit card friendly."

"The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say...

"We stayed at Decameron Panaca as the base for our travels across the coffee region which worked very well for us. Our rooms were comfortable and had lovely views over the treetops. Having the restaurant on site was convenient too when we wanted a break from the buffet, and the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to other families looking for an all-inclusive resort to stay in. "
