"The staff is incredible! Everyone is so nice. The facility is incredible. A five star hotel without the five star price! We booked it last minute after we got to another hotel and the canceled our reservation. We were there with our luggage after flying in from the United States. We came here and couldn’t have felt more welcomed. "

"Bath was sited under the angle of the roof extremely difficult to get in and out. The combined tap and shower, however the shower hand held either gave boiling hot or cold it would not mix."

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Very good property overall. Lovely but also helpful staff showed us around the hotel, and very good area as well (short walk down the high street to the beautiful beach/pier) and lovely beds and bathroom. Very clean and would definitely recommend. "

"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"Very warm and welcoming host, upgraded us to the garden room which was great for us with our dog. Rooms and bed very comfortable and clean, and lovely and quiet at night. We went for the airshow and it’s really conveniently located for this, being just 10/15 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend including breakfast as very good value and took the hassle out of having to find somewhere to eat first thing. "

"We were greeted by our friendly hosts who were excited to be welcoming guests after lockdown. Lovely furnished, spacious, safely prepared room. The breakfast menu is 5 star and wish we had been staying longer to try all it offered. "

"Staff, room food were all excellent. Very dog friendly. Spacious well equipped room. Only issue was the noises from other areas of the hotel. Possible a hand dryer. This would not stop us booking again. It was lovely. "
