"So close to so much and easy to transfer around Baguio "

"Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio."

"There was water leak due to heavy rain, puddle of water on the floor, it was reported to the front desk but they were unhelpful, waited for the following morning to address the problem."

"It was okay. Good clean place. "

"There was a slight leak on valve next to toilet. It will get worst if not repair. Also the shower head is set to an angle too high. I had to manualy handle shower head. Otherwise, great place to stay!"

"Overall the house is clean and comfy but the road to this place is terrible, bumpy, uneven, rocky and very narrow. Itherwise, it's a nicebaccomodation especially for a lrge number of people. Caloy is very helpful!"

"No Shower since the water flow is weak. Warm water only and you fill the bucket to wash. Kitchen faucet no handle. No shampoo is provided. 2 burner electric stove barely working, it takes a while to heat up. Bathroom smells like mildew. Only 1 channel on t.v. "

"Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. "

"When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as...

"Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....

"It was amazing, love everything about this Sotogrande Baguio. The place is clean, the staff are very approachable and responsive, the food is excellent. "It was in a serene and beautiful location. Customer service is top notch. Studio suite was huge! The only things preventing me from choosing this hotel again is the rooms didn’t have A/C and the water pressure in the shower is abysmal! In addition, even though they have free Wi-Fi, it is unsecured and unfortunately my VPN software would not connect. The big window plus the fans did help keep the room cool. We are happy with our stay.

"It was amazing, love everything about this Sotogrande Baguio. The place is clean, the staff are very approachable and responsive, the food is excellent. We will definitely come back with more family and friends. Strongly recommend this hotel. "Our recent stay at La Fayette Hotel in Baguio was nothing short of exceptional. We were a group of seven—four sisters, two nieces, and our driver—and had booked four rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was right there to welcome us, helping us out of our vehicle and insisting on managing every single piece of luggage (and we had a lot!).
