"This is my second time at this property and I think it is very nice. Big and clean rooms with kitchenette and a VERY good gym round the deal for me. Azyz at the reception is a star. He really helped us a lot and we are grateful for that. Will go back again when in Paris. "

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "

"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."

"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene...

"I looked for reviews about this property and the Ecla Business and I could not get info to take an informed decision about staying there or not. First, this is an student campus that also rents units to travellers. The apartments are nice and big for Paris standards with a kitchenette equipped for 2 persons. The facilities of the Ecla Campus are amazing. The gym is really very good, and thats not common in Paris. There is a self laundry room and restaurant as well. There is no room service or...

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was light but satisfying, offering good value for the price. There’s also a restaurant next door, which was a convenient option for tasty snacks and meals. Sheila was particularly helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The mall is also nearby, adding to the convenience of the location. Highly recommend!"
