Entire room was clean. Staff was helpful, and prompt, unfortunately they didn't have any handicapped rooms available, but staff did their best to accommodate us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel for a good price. Check in was quick and the gal that checked me in took her time and was kind, even though it was a holiday. She made sure I had what I needed and gave me a gift bag for staying. The room was very clean and my dogs and I enjoyed our evening. I will stay here again in the future.

Equipped with a washer-dryer, stove, full fridge, coffee pot, and dishwasher - they also provide sensitive skin laundry soap & dryer sheets (such a nice touch!), dishwasher pods, coffee grounds packs, 2 chilled waters waiting in your fridge upon arrival, and an espresso/latte machine in the lobby! WaterWalk Boise truly goes the extra mile to provide for their guests!

I love staying at the Water Walk Boise, when I travel down to Boise area. The only downside this last trip was the coffee machine in my room looked like it had been dropped. Water ran all out of the machine and on the floor, creating a huge mess. When I notified the front desk, the guy that morning said he would take care of it before he left. When I returned later that evening it was not changed. I ended up waiting a good 20 minutes, because that phone at the front desk where it said if there is no one at the desk to call 0. I did that but no answer for the entire time. When she arrived she said she was doing 'maintenance' which I thought was funny since I was asking for new coffee maker and she told me maintenances didn't work on the weekend. The gal finally said she would bring one up, but in doing that told me I needed to bring the old one down which I felt was a little odd?? It won't change my staying there but just not the normal treatment I'm used to staying there.
