When my teenager girl has problems with the delivery of stuff she purchased on Taobao, concierge staff was very helpful in helping to resolve the matter. But Make in China restaurant is overrated. "

"This hotel is centrally located in Beijing city, close to many attractions. The forbidden city and Wangfujing are within short walking distance. There is also a Subway station right around the corner. All staffs were friendly and helpful: front desk, Bell service, Concierge, housekeeping, fitness center, etc. I highly recommend this place. If you haven’t been to Beijing before, be aware of busy traffic around this area. Electric Bikes do not follow traffic rules. "
