If you come a little late to the breakfast theres nothing to eat. Staff is sitting in front of you and eating in your face. Very unprofessional. Rude staff makes you uncomfortable and unwelcome. After staying there few nights i asked a free night due to cleaning issues and unprofessional management. They refused ofcourse. I left. Don’t lure by the cheap price. Hard bed. No phone. I never go back to that place. If you read my review : STAY AWAY !

If you have doble nationality. Do not stay there. They go to charge you Colombian taxes. Even they post not to do since you not live in the country. Even you show them you passport for the other country and the inmigración seal. Steel charge you. They personal need more training. Fail in customer service.

You decide yourself. Let’s say that the bed is hard and not comfy. You can’t open the window in the room. The room is tiny small. And there’s no phone in the room. Now. Let’s say that the staff at the reception is nasty. Doesn’t greet you and doesn’t care. So you speak with the manager but nothing changed. Now. When you speak with the manager you ask for a free night. He refused. The manager promised you an exact time when they clean your room. It didn’t happen. Well. Will you recommend this place ? Don’t lure for the cheap price. Go somewhere else. Thanks for orbitz who refund me what I asked. And after every review the hotel post a fake recommended. I’ll continue to tell this **** place.

Exceptional stay in the Heart of the City. Great deal and value for money. From the time I stepped in the hotel, there is a positive energy around because of the friendly and supportive staff. It exceeded my expectations as they didn’t only help me in smooth check in process as well as suggested me to the beautiful places in the city (Monserrate & Candelaria). The room itself was with modern decor with a huge window to have a beautiful view of Bogotá. Being a foreigner to the city of Bogotá, I had a fear of roaming around alone but the staff guided me to the locations to avoid and also how it is safe to go around the places. Additionally, they have security available all the time. With all this information, I really felt safe to travel to the places. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional :). Special thanks to Monia and Daniela for all their suggestions and great conversations.

Horrible staff ! Bunch of teenagers who doesn’t care nothing about you. They ask my passport few times they lose it everyday. Breakfast has no taste ! Bed is hard and not comfy. No open windows at room. No phone. I asked the manager carlos for free night after lots of issues. He refused. So carlos you should go back to ritz carlton. There youll know how to treat customers. I don’t need your f favor. Thanks for orbitz i got that night. This place is disgusting. I need to argue with all reception who ignore and not greet just asking you money to pay. Where the housekeeing manager **** outside the hotel one guest from turkey who just got robbed by 2 girls. Avoid that awful place !
