The property is old, acceptable, however near the elevators there is a terrible smell of garbage that rises through the hallways. I reported the smell and they didn't do anything. Very bad customer service, I sent several clothes to the laundry, they lost my shoes and they never took responsibility or gave a solution. I asked to speak to the manager and they didn't allow it, they just said "the manager is going to call you" which never happened. The staff just kept saying"let me check" and never followed up the problem. Very bad experience.

Property is good and comfy. Property needs a little facelift as it is an old hotel. I appreciate the big rooms which is almost as big as a small apartment. Will come back for sure.

Overally good experience! Staff was nice, fridge temperature was optimal and rooms are spacious. A little bit old style and lighting is not the best at night, but would stay again for sure.

Use to be a good hotel. It has significantly deteriorated due to lack of maintenance. The food is terrible. The place is noisy most days, specially on weekends. The manager is impolite. The front desk and bell boy staff are very nice. Unfortunately will not go back after this visit.
