This was the worst room I could possibly imagine to have booked. The room only has a window that goes to the indoor hallway, no air conditioning or fan…no fresh air. The bedsheets were filthy, old dirty walls. As soon as I was the room I took a taxi to another hotel and forfeited the money I paid for this stay.

I had a second reservation for a later day and I was so disappointed that I tried to cancel, but to my surprize no refunds nor help was received. I think this is false advertisement, very unhappy.
