El personal nos cobro extra por impuestos, cargos del hotel y otras cosas y nos querian dar un recibo, aparte la habitación tenia un jacuzzi, el cual no pudimos usar porque teníamos que pagar una cantidad de dinero absurda para poderlo usar, también el lavamanos estaba tapado y la chica que nos atendió super grocera. En fin una terrible experiencia en este hotel

Overall the experience was ok, the staff were a bit mean and plain, not sure if they aren't happy with their jobs or they were having a bad day. I just like to have a polite a nice attitude from people, specially when you are paying for a service. But it is an ok hotel to stay, I'll try something else area, next time.

My only complaint was the young lady at check in wasn’t pleasant. She acted like we were bothering her. I figured she was having a bad day. I saw her again and spoke. She ignored us. I spoke her in both Spanish and English. The receptionist in the morning was very pleasant. She would smile and greet us, but that other lady was down right nasty. The young lady at check out was also very pleasant. The location was very close to restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and other businesses. I felt pretty safe at this particular hotel.

Es la segunda vez q me hospedo en este hotel como la primera vez solicite el cambio de habitacion ya q esta olia mucho como a moho hable con el encargado y le manisfeste mi queja a lo cual me repondio que lo te drian en cuenta espero q cua do regrese esto ya haya cambiado x q es un buen lugar para hospedarme y lo he recomendado a otros amigos gracias
