"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"Easy to reach from the tram. Arrived late & email provided details of how to get key. Room good size and clean with twin beds. All a bit tatty. General area doesn’t have the nicest feel. Bit run down, dirty & graffiti, but no problems."

"Rooms are nice; cleaning staff is really efficient. But no onsite representatives make it frustrating. 8 day stay with no service to room. Communication with Numa was robotic and texting was a nightmare. I believe you can find much better options for the price point and better location. "

"hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Huge 2 bedroom apartment in a great location, could do with a bit of TLC but it was clean, beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed, but could have done with more towels. WiFi was slow but it did work."

"I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."

"Property had significant damage, from lights to toilets. Property was not cleaned properly. Only one bed was made. No toilet paper provided."

"Had a lovely stay here with our young baby. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is very well kept. The parking was easy to access even with a higher vehicle and the hotel is well situated with easy access to the tram into the center"

"This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. They have free coffee/tea service downstairs, sparkling or still water for the room, and even a disco elevator. The rooms are on the small side, but on par for places we have stayed in Europe. I wish they had more storage for clothes. You can't beat the location, walkable to so many things, 5 minutes to Gare Central and Grand Place. The staff is welcoming and the place was always being cleaned. Definitely would stay again."

"The atmosphere, wait staff and food at the restaurant were fantastic and the variety of options available at the daily breakfast brunch was outstanding! Our bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job taking care of our every need. We would highly recommend this hotel! "
