Arrived the hotel and was told that there was either no booking received from Hotels.com or it was already cancelled but I wasn't notified before. Could only stay one night as it was already fully booked for the other night. I had to pack again and look for a hotel around the next day. Not sure whose fault it is however it was so frustrating.
