Bedroom ac barely working. And we all know Mexico is hot. The balcony is nice but green mold Puddle. Like it’s not impossible to see it lol. Bed felt like a rock. Needs a new mattress. But not a horrible place just needs a decent cleaning and some New upgrades. Nice location! I’ve seen worse in America. You would think they would want to give me the nicest room they got! But no they want a honest review you got it. I should of spent more and went to a better place. They trick you with a nice room photo and then I get that lol oh well

En general no es un mal lugar para hospedarse, pero si deja mucho que desear. Pues las habitaciones si bien no estan en malas condiciones tampoco están en las mejores. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 202 y la primera impresion fue negativa al ver el sofá en pesimas condicones, ni pensar en utilizarlo. No hay presión para la regadera del baño y si bien ofrece un espacio para preparar alimentos, el equipamiento está a medias. Los colchones estan viejos y se hunden en partes, son incomodos. La atencion tampoco es la mejor, tuvimos problemas con la conexión a internet y con la TV y no nos resolvieron. En mi opinión es un lugar para estar una noche, una opción de paso. Espero puedan mejorar todas estas cosas.

Nos querían mandar a otro hotel sin cocina y sin refrigerador siendo que por eso reservé aquí, al final me cancelaron la reservación y tuve que buscar en ese momento otro lugar. No les recomiendo que reserven en este hotel a muchos nos hicieron lo mismo, pésimo

Me encanto el diseño de las habitaciones, tienen todo, cocina con refri, estufa, horno, barra para comida, las camas muy cómodas. No tiene elevador, hay que subir escaleras, tampoco tiene alberca, pero el aire acondicionado muy bien. A nosotros, nos fue muy funcional para descansar, estaba cerca de la playa, fuimos caminando, de la plaza comercial, super cerca todo y el precio es muy accesible.

Relación calidad precio buena.
Lo mejor fue el personal, siempre amable y atento. Ventajas es que esta justo detrás del WTC y Plaza Las Américas, por lo tanto hay transporte cercano, así como muchas amenidades. Es cierto que hace falta remodelar algunas áreas del hotel. La relación calidad precio es buena.

Realice mi reservación por expedía y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijeron que la habían cancelado cuando mi reserva me seguía apareciendo activa y no me solucionaron nada, y me quedé sin hotel, pésimo servicio, para que aceptan reservas si a la hora las van a cancelar
