No aceptan american express Sus terminales no funcionan No tienen maquina de hielo Mal servicio en el Restaurante No funciona el aire acondicionado Si no lo han terminado de remodelar, no lo abran, en la Habitación el baño nuevo, no funcionaba, nos cambiaron de habitación, y el closet no tenia para colgar tus sacos, el cancel del baño por nuevo, no lo podías cerrar y se mojaba todo el baño

El Hotel, algún día estará bien. Hoy no esta terminado... Alquilamos por dos noches. La primera, no había agua caliente. La segunda, NO HABÍA AGUA. Nada. La explicación: tuvimos que cerrarla... No deberían de hospedar si no están listos.

Es un hotel nuevo, pero hay cosas todavía en construcción, pero una vez terminado considero quedará muy bien. El acceso al estacionamiento tiene un borde alto y para autos bajos raspan en la parte media

En lo personal no puedo dar una buena calificación.. Dejo mi experiencia un poco antes del Check In y no tenían listas las habitaciones. Se supone que desde 3 pm puedes ya dejar tus cosas, pero me demoraron casi una hora esperando en el lobby que igual está en remodelación y no tiene suficiente sillas. Cuando me entregado mi llave de la habitación, al entrar tenía un olor muy feo, no hicieron buena limpieza y si era desagradable. Con el personal de recepción todo muy bien.
