"The hotel is upgraging the properrt which os great to see. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The hotel has a great location and is walking distace to shopping, restaurants and music venues. The view from my room was amazing. Watching the sunrise over the mountains and the bay was the perdexr way to start the morning. The buffet breakfast offered a varity of food options. I would stay here again. "

"Close to everything"

"Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back. "

"Room is not clean and cockroach infestation. My child is terrified with cockroach running around across the room. Washroom is not the best. Overall the resort is not maintained and room needs some upgrade."

"The rooms are awesome. Great air-conditioner. Love the kitchen, Puregold grocery store is nearby. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing is the swimming pool have insects floating but they were cleaning at the same time. "

"my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. The drainage was terribly bad, the bathroom was flooded when having a shower. The chair needs upgrading though, i can see the foam already. For its price, there are better rooms than this. GOOD THING with this hotel, staffs are nice and accomodating, room is clean, and its location was perfect for my needs that is why despite of the bad things with this hotel, i still...

"outside it’s noisy… towels are not thick… very basi. amenities no free mineral water… "

"The air conditioner wasn’t big enough, and the room was hot. I asked for a fan, they told me very impolitely that they didn’t have one. We closed the bathroom door. It stuck shut, and wouldn’t open. 3 staff came in eventually. It took them 20 minutes to get it open. There was no coffee, no water available. The blanket supplied was infant sized and thin, no top sheet. This is the most basic room I think I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very rude. "
