well the front desk clerk said i did not pay, this was when i was about to leave, we were so embarrassed, we got a room with one bunk bed and one single bed, two female who were on the trip neither wanted to sleep on the bunk bed, as i can recall it should have been three single bed,

O hotel é bem localizado, a faixada do hotel é bem conservada, porém os quartos são pequenos e com pouco conforto, o banheiro falta o box para não molhar o banheiro inteiro. Café da manhã muito simples. A piscina é bonita. Quando cheguei no hotel a recepcionista falou que não tinha quarto de casal disponível e nem poderia me ajudar com a reserva pois o RH do hotel estava fechado e a moça que trabalhava lá estava de folga por ser feriado. A recepcionista conseguiu falar com a moça do RH foi quando ela autorizou ela me oferecer um quarto inferior ao que eu tinha reservado, Eu aceitei pois estava muito cansado e precisava descansar. Quando eu fiz a reserva do quarto no aplicativo hotéis.com apareciam 2 quartos disponível, porém esses quartos não existiam. A limpeza do quarto é boa, porém quando foram limpar o quarto não deixaram papel higiênico. Minha experiência não foi muito boa, nem com o aplicativo hotéis.com nem com o hotel. A recepcionista muito educada.

Quarto com uma enorme barata a nos recepcionar e camas desconfortáveis, piscina com agua turva e cheia de algas, café da manhã simplório até papel higiênico faltou repor tinha que ir a portaria solicitar.

Apesar do calor mais me agradou muito.

O Hotem estava passando por reforma do lado externo o que me incomodou um pouco pelo cheiro do tinner. O quarto em si é bem completo, com TV, ar, frigobar grande, armario, mesa e cadeira. A localização no centro facilitou muito para locomover na cidade.

Há pontos de atenção

O hotel fica bem localizado e é um dos poucos edifícios verticais da cidade (o que é vantagem para quem gosta de uma boa vista); no entanto, o estado de conservação dos corredores e quartos não está legal: quando cheguei, me colocaram no 115 (1º andar), que já era reformado, mas havia sujeira no piso e na roupa de cama (que um dos pés já estava arrebentado, inclusive) e havia até uma barata circulando pela parede; reclamei na recepção no dia seguinte e me transferiram para o 404 (4º andar); este tinha uma estrutura mais velha, mas ao menos estava limpo. Atendimento foi tranquilo, não tive problemas. Café da manhã excelente (a propósito, esse é o ponto alto do hotel), com itens saborosos e diversificados.
