"The setting was breathtaking… one of the most magical in the world! Their taking care of and special efforts made to honor a birthday was amazing. However, 2 negatives to mention: service at dinner was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced : no one came to the table over a 45 minute period. The restaurant only offered a Sauvignon blanc by the glass; no Chardonnay. The other was we signed up for an expensive tour: no one informed us we had to pay cash for the tour & all stops on the tour...

"Nice sized room, clean, hot water and good working a/c. Staff was friendly and tried to help despite language gaps. Surprised to find a decent breakfast was included in rate of eggs, sausage and toast. A nice little night market a few steps away was great to have. Only issue can be walls are super thin - kept us up all night one of the nights but the rest of the time I think we were the only guests."

"The ladies at the front desk were beyond mice and extremely helpful with everything. Our room was nice and clean and AC worked great. A lot of street food very close by which wqs all amazing. Only down side was the Cable TV didnt work (not a big deal, but worth noting) and also there are no taxis or grabs available in that area at all so you're kind of stuck. Overall for the price and the service I would highly recommend if you'te in the area. "
