"We had three nights booked here in a private hot spring and pool villa. The hotel is very isolated, so it would be best to be able to visit if you have your own means of transport. "We stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding nearby and would stay again if in this area. For the price, it was good value, especially compared with prices of other hotels in the area. Basic, clean accommodation. Pool is clean. Owner is lovely and helpful. Beach is across the road.If you want breakfast, just let the owner know the night before. The room had large fridges, so we bought fried rice the night before or waited till 10 when the restaurant opened. "

"We had an amazing stay here. The room was huge, we stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was perfect with two young kids. Also so nice that it had a washer and dryer in the room free of charge. Our kids loved going to the kids club and they were able to stay as long as they wanted. Food is good at the Zest restaurant, mini golf was fun and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely come back again next time we visit Phuket! "

"The foyer is misleading as very dark and dismal. Get through there and the pool rooms are amazing. The door opens straight onto the most amazing pool which is really clean. Opens onto a lovely beach which is empty. Service in hotel is lacking but due to poor English rather than apathy. Overall would go back and would recommend"

Dewa is a great spot to stay

"One night before we flew back to Bangkok. They made sure our rooms were close together, they were super efficient at the front desk and all the staff performed their duties in a professional manner. Located on the beach, 10 minutes from the airport you can’t beat this place if you need to catch an early flight the next morning. "

"Check in was a nightmare my room was not ready I waited over 2 hours and I was given a room I didn’t choose. My room didn’t have towels it took them 2 hours to bring any. I would call the lobby 2-3 times no answer I wouldn’t stay here again "

"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed. The food was excellent. "

"Lovely place to stay. Bit more on the expensive side when it comes to Thailand. Great facilities. The 360 bar with amazing views the pool was fantastic and the food great. Just didn’t like them adding tax and other fees to the bill of your food. Never seen them do this anywhere else in Thailand. Other than that great stay."

Yes, I can find flaws like food options for lunch or dinner and the cost of everything but believe me this might be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I tend to go to luxury hotels all the time . This is another level of luxury. "
