"We were in town for a concert at the new arena and chose the Saga Resort as family had been here in the past. Our room was very clean and comfortable and may have been updated recently. Check in was great, other staff was very nice when supplying our extra towels. Our only issue was the wifi didn't seem to have a strong signal and streaming Netflix was interrupted. It would also be nice to have a full length mirror for getting ready instead of just washroom one."

"Rachel on front desk greeted us like long lost family. Helped us getting our bags to our room and was so charming and outgoing. The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely go back again and recommend the hotel to our friends. The hotel should look into a shuttle service for older clientele that don’t want to drive especially at night to restaurants."
